In a perfect world we would play golf in the Highlands for the rest of our days, the chance to get away from the flurry of city life and to experience the aura that surrounds a typical Highland Golf Course can prove very tempting.
There are 46 varied courses in the Highlands, many created by golf’s most celebrated golf architects notably Old Tom Morris & James Braid. With breathtaking scenery and views, you can also nature watch, there are dolphins & seals along the Coast al courses, Ospreys at Boat of Garten and Roe deer on many of the woodland courses, to name but a few.
Many courses are typical “links” with steep bunkers, plenty of gorse and heather plus some of the slickest greens imaginable! These are all a test even to the best golfer. The hospitality at the 19th will still be talked about long after you return home.
We can supply details and contact numbers for all of the courses within easy reach of Cawdor on request.
