
There are still many signs, including the shutters and charcoal drawings on the walls in the dining room at Drynachan Lodge, proving past generations enjoyed shooting at Cawdor, many years ago.
They even recorded their successes, for future shooting parties to compare.
The shooting season starts in August and continues through to January.
Grouse: 12th August to early October (subject to availability)
Partridge: 1st September to early November 2 days shoot with accommodation in Drynachan Lodge.
Wild Pheasant: Early November to mid January
Rough Shooting is available on the Estate at £120 + vat per gun per day
