Masterplan for the future expansion of Cawdor village

Cawdor has been identified for long-term growth in the Highland Council’s A96 Growth Corridor Development Framework. Benefiting from a new school and community centre, Cawdor Estate believes this provides the opportunity for the village to grow sensitively for a sustainable future.

The Estate is therefore keen to hear the views of local people to help create a masterplan for the village.
