The River Nairn and River Findhorn shape the landscape around the estate, with open banks, wooded stretches and clear pools. There are natural places for picnics and, where conditions allow, a bracing swim on warmer days. Established salmon and trout fishing is available on respected local beats, alongside longer riverside walks through meadow and woodland.
